The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA-CAR) held the Kapihan sa Baguio which marked the start of the 28^th National Statistics Month Celebration with the theme “Facts and Figures for the Future: Statistics for Evidence-based Decision Towards Ambisyon Natin 2040 on Oct 4.
